The ProForm Sport Olympic System XT is a heavy-duty barbell bench with a solid one-piece design and a sturdy built-in rack. To provide maximum support for your toughest workouts, the bench offers a rugged steel frame and strong fixed uprights with 4 rack levels and adjustable safety spotters. It is compatible with 7ft (213cm) standard and Olympic barbells and can be easily adjusted to 2 decline, flat, upright (top position 90 degrees), and 2 incline settings thanks to a 6-position backrest. To enhance comfort and support during workouts, there is a 45mm (1.7”) thick padded vinyl seat and back support and an oversized bench pad, whilst the rear mounted weight plate storage pegs allow for tidy storage of your Olympic discs. The Sport Olympic System XT is perfect for exercises such as bench press, incline bench press, shoulder press, bicep curl, triceps bench dips, leg extension, and leg curl.
