York FTS Olympic Fixed Flat Bench

Made specifically for building muscle mass and improving strength, the York FTS Olympic fixed flat bench is part of the York Light Commercial FTS range and features sturdy 2” x 3” formed steel tubing and a stable wide triangle footprint. To allow for firm foot planting and a comfortable workout position, the bench has a large 1-piece chamfered pad set at a height of 46cm (18.1”) and there is a convenient “twist n pull” pin system for easy adjustment. The telescopic uprights extend to a maximum height of 115cm (45.3″) at 6.2cm (2.4”) increments and the bench has been designed for use with full length Olympic 7ft bars or over-sized standard 1” bars (internal bar length between the sleeves must be 48”).
